Will there be an extension or another opportunity if I miss the final senior tribute ad deadline?
No.
Should I use a specific web browser to create my Senior Tribute Ad?
Yes. For best experience, please use Google Chrome for desktop.
I am able to upload images to create my senior tribute ad, but not place in the design. What now?
For best experience, please use Google Chrome browser as instructed above; not Safari, not MS Edge, not Firefox.
Can I change my ad photo after I have purchased?
No. Tribute Ad photos are final once purchase has been completed.
When I try to place a photo, I receive a message that the image is not high enough resolution.
Images may be rejected for resolution if the orientation of the image does not match the design image. An image taken in vertical orientation (portrait) may not be high enough resolution to place in a horizontal orientation (Landscape) photo box.

Are there any specific file format and resolution requirements for designing a Tribute Ad?
Yes, all images must be 300 DPI or greater to be included in your Tribute Ad. Low resolution images will be rejected by the designer portal. Please be sure all images for ad design are JPEG format, high resolution and not watermarked.
If I submit an image that appears blurry or pixelated on my phone or computer, how will it print?
Blurry or pixelated images (originals) used to design the ad will result in blurry and pixelated images when the ad is printed.
My confirmation at checkout says my order will be shipped to my home. Will the ad be included in the yearbook?
Yes. All Tribute Ads ordered via Jostens will be included in the yearbook and will not be sent to your home.
Can I split the purchase of my yearbook or Tribute into multiple payments?
Yes. Please choose J-Pay at checkout to select 3 payment option.
